I just got finished feeding my snake and while he had the rat the rat managed to cut his head. It doesn't look too deep, but he does have some blood from it. Not a lot though. I have a Ball Python in a plastic cage w/ a plastic cover. So I can't put a heat lamp/any type of light on the top. I do have a heating pad underneath it which is maintaining the temperature at 80 degrees on one side and the other side is 75. Does my ball python need lighting? I need all information... Read More »
